Salary: AED 25,000/- to AED 30,000/- + Benefits

Our client, an international company, is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of strong techno-commercial background in Access Control Solutions or Low Current Systems. You will be responsible for new business development, key account management, bidding, contract negotiations, liaising closely with internal and external stakeholders, market analysis, and revenue generation.

Key responsibilities:

* Staying up-to-date with market dynamics, the competitive landscape, and industry best practices to provide insights that contribute to the company’s competitive edge and overall success, including leading new market ventures.

* Creating and implementing strategic plans for expanding the customer network and revenue streams, including designing proposals for potential clients.

* Actively participating in contract negotiations, utilizing your skills to secure advantageous agreements and partnerships in alignment with the company’s strategic ambitions, while cultivating lasting relationships with stakeholders.

* Relationship Building: Skilled at cultivating and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, facilitating collaboration, and identifying new business opportunities.

* Proficient in conducting comprehensive market research and analysis to pinpoint emerging market segments, customer demands, and competitive differentiators, delivering actionable insights for informed business choices.
