About the Role

Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive market expansion and strategic growth across Riyadh and Central Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across hospitals, clinics, and healthcare groups.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, partnerships, and contract discussions.
  • Track tenders, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • 5+ years of business development experience in the healthcare sector in KSA.
  • Strong knowledge of the Riyadh healthcare market and tender landscape.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • English fluency required; Arabic strongly preferred.
