About the Role

Our client, an international company, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR and payroll operations across the MEA region. The role will drive people strategies, promote a positive workplace culture, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent management across the MEA region.
• Develop and implement HR policies and performance management processes.
• Coach managers and employees on HR processes, employee relations, and career development.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, visa support, and compliance with labor regulations.
• Promote employer branding and a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
• Design and deliver learning and development programs.
• Champion sustainability, wellbeing, and ESG initiatives across the region.

Requirements:

• Proven HR leadership experience in multi-country operations.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Experience managing payroll and HR operations.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and employee relations skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications are a plus.
