About the Role
Our client, an international company, is seeking a hands-on HR Manager to lead HR and payroll across the MEA region. The role will drive people strategies, promote a positive workplace culture, and ensure compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will champion employee experience, learning, inclusion, and sustainability initiatives across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent management across the MEA region.
- Develop and implement HR policies and performance management processes.
- Coach managers and employees on HR processes, employee relations, and career development.
- Oversee payroll, benefits, visa support, and compliance with labor regulations.
- Promote employer branding and a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Design and deliver learning and development programs.
- Champion sustainability, wellbeing, and ESG initiatives across the region.
Requirements:
- Proven HR leadership experience in multi-country operations.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience managing payroll and HR operations.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and employee relations skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications are a plus.
