Key Account Manager – Medical Devices | UAE

Our client, a global leader in medical devices, is looking for a Key Account Manager to drive growth and manage strategic healthcare accounts across the UAE.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
  • Drive sales and achieve targets within assigned accounts.
  • Provide clinical and technical support, including product demos and training.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and healthcare developments.
  • Support tender submissions and procurement processes as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in medical devices sales or key account management in the UAE/GCC.
  • Strong understanding of hospital procurement and regulatory processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • English fluency; Arabic is a plus.
