About the Role

Our client, a leading retail group, is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to manage day-to-day logistics, export coordination, inventory control, and shipment documentation. The role works closely with vendors, merchants, logistics partners, and the head office to ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end logistics and export operations, ensuring efficient planning, execution, and timely deliveries
• Oversee preparation and control of invoices, credit memos, purchase orders, and delivery documentation with high accuracy
• Manage relationships with vendors, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to ensure smooth shipment coordination
• Supervise export documentation, BOE processes, and regulatory compliance for all outbound shipments
• Plan and optimize dispatch schedules, deliveries, installations, and client trials to enhance service levels
• Drive inventory accuracy through audits, reconciliations, reporting, and process improvements
• Oversee warehouse packing and dispatch activities, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to timelines
• Manage ERP/Excel reporting, including invoice uploads, inventory tracking, and performance analysis
• Collaborate cross-functionally with merchants, finance, and e-commerce teams to align stock availability and operational requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ UAE experience in logistics/export operations (retail/manufacturing preferred)
• Strong knowledge of international shipping and documentation
