Social Media Executive

About the Role
Our client, a well-established retail group, is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage social media, support marketing campaigns, and drive brand visibility and in-store footfall through engaging content, collaborations, and events.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day management of Instagram and other social platforms, creating and publishing engaging reels, stories, and posts
Develop high-quality photo and video content through photography, videography, and editing
Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, launches, and promotions
Drive audience growth, engagement, and in-store footfall through creative digital initiatives
Track performance metrics and optimize content using analytics and insights
Support planning and execution of in-store events, activations, and product launches
Identify and secure brand collaborations with influencers, hotels, malls, and lifestyle partners
Conduct influencer outreach and manage partnerships to enhance brand visibility
Assist with media and PR outreach by researching publications and maintaining press contacts
Requirements
- Arabic & English fluency (mandatory)
- Experience in social media management and content creation
- Skills in photography, videography, and editing
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and analytics tools
- Creative, organized, and strong communicator
- Retail/fashion/lifestyle experience preferred
