Presales Analyst

About the Role
Our client, an international fintech company, is seeking a Presales Analyst to join its regional team based in Dubai. This role will serve as a key point of coordination across the MEA region, supporting business development and sales initiatives by managing presales activities, coordinating bid submissions, and ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will bring strong presales and sales support experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, develop high-quality client proposals, and support the successful acquisition of new business opportunities across the MEA market.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team throughout the business development lifecycle by coordinating presales activities and client engagement processes across the MEA region.
- Act as the regional point of coordination between sales, product, operations, compliance, implementation, and other internal teams to support business opportunities.
- Manage and coordinate the preparation and submission of RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, proposals, and tender responses in line with client requirements and deadlines.
- Support the development of client presentations, solution documents, commercial proposals, and sales materials.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, partners, clients, and vendors to facilitate communication and ensure smooth execution of presales activities.
- Maintain bid management processes, proposal repositories, and documentation to support efficient knowledge sharing and response management.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timely completion of customer requirements during the sales cycle.
- Assist in solution positioning by aligning customer requirements with the organization’s products and services.
- Conduct market and industry research to support sales strategies and business development initiatives.
- Track and monitor ongoing opportunities, bid pipelines, and proposal performance metrics across the MEA region.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance, risk, and regulatory requirements throughout the proposal and bid submission process.
- Provide regular updates and reporting on presales activities, pipeline support, and bid management outcomes to regional leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in presales, sales support, bid management, proposal management, or business support roles.
- Strong experience preparing and managing RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, tenders, and client proposals.
- Experience supporting regional sales teams and managing complex bid processes involving multiple stakeholders and geographies.
- Proven ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across different countries and functions within the MEA region.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and document quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Experience with CRM systems, proposal management tools, and sales reporting platforms is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting regional sales teams and stakeholders across the MEA region is highly desirable.
