About the Role

Our client is a leading group in industrial supplies, providing high-quality welding, safety, and industrial solutions across the UAE. They are looking for motivated Sales Engineers to join their team in Dubai & Abu Dhabi offices and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities within the welding, safety, and industrial sectors.
  • Conduct needs assessments and provide technical expertise to recommend tailored welding solutions.
  • Present and sell the company’s products to new and existing clients.
  • Manage and retain client relationships while expanding market presence.
  • Ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.
  • Understand each customer’s business and technical applications, anticipating their needs.
  • Identify and analyze key opportunities.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on client visits, quotations, and overall sales activity.
  • Achieve sales targets for assigned accounts and new business.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales performance within the industrial products sector.
  • Strong knowledge of welding processes, applications, and industry requirements.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
