Our client is a leading group in industrial supplies, providing high-quality welding, safety, and industrial solutions across the UAE. They are looking for motivated Sales Engineers to join their team in Dubai & Abu Dhabi offices and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities within the welding, safety, and industrial sectors.
- Conduct needs assessments and provide technical expertise to recommend tailored welding solutions.
- Present and sell the company’s products to new and existing clients.
- Manage and retain client relationships while expanding market presence.
- Ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.
- Understand each customer’s business and technical applications, anticipating their needs.
- Identify and analyze key opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on client visits, quotations, and overall sales activity.
- Achieve sales targets for assigned accounts and new business.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales performance within the industrial products sector.
- Strong knowledge of welding processes, applications, and industry requirements.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Valid UAE driving license.
