About the Role
Our client, an international company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager – Specialty Chemicals to join their team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in chemical sales, strong technical knowledge of specialty chemical applications, and the ability to drive business growth across diverse industry segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target market segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and suppliers.
- Conduct technical and commercial presentations to clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to align business strategy.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal departments (procurement, logistics, and finance) to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in specialty chemicals sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key industrial accounts.
- Strong technical understanding of specialty chemical applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Valid UAE/GCC driving license
