About the Role

Our client is a well-established international organization operating in the security systems and ELV industry. They are seeking a Sales Support Engineer – ELV to provide technical pre-sales support and contribute to tendering, solution design, and cost estimation activities.

This role works closely with sales, engineering, and delivery teams and is ideal for a technically strong professional who combines engineering expertise with commercial awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide pre-sales technical support for ELV and security systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, AV, BMS, and related low-current solutions
  • Prepare technical designs, BOQs, estimates, and value-engineered solutions based on project requirements and specifications
  • Support tendering activities, including technical submittals, compliance statements, clarifications, and proposals
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to obtain technical data, pricing, and approvals
  • Review RFQs, RFPs, and tender documents to ensure technical and commercial alignment
  • Assist in solution optimization, risk evaluation, and cost control initiatives
  • Support project handover by ensuring technical scope clarity and documentation accuracy

Requirements

  • Proven experience in ELV pre-sales, sales support, or estimation within systems integration or security solutions environments
  • Strong working knowledge of ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, AV, BMS, and ICT solutions
  • Experience preparing BOQs, estimates, and technical proposals
  • Familiarity with UAE market standards, consultants, and tendering processes
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
